Heller Companies current project is Dean Martin Business Center. A 212,000 square foot project located in the Southwest submarket in close proximity to Harry Reid International Airport, convention cneters, hotels, gaming, shopping and dining. Phase I has been completed and it is fully leased. Phase II is under construction and is expected to be completed Q2 2026. This project is zoned for office / showroom / warehouse. Heller Companies offers custom-build spaces to tenant's specifications. The project offers electronic reader board along I-15 Freeway.
