Development
Heller Companies has been developing properties for over 45 years. Initially, we began designing, developing and building custom homes in California, including communities such as Sunkist Gardens, Cornell Road Ranchos, Paramount Ranch, North Ranch Country Club Estates and several apartment buildings throughout the San Fernando Valley.
In the early 1970's, Heller Companies expanded into development of office/industrial centers, super-market chains, restaurants and other commercial parks.
In the mid-1990's, Heller Companies moved its operations to the Las Vegas area. One of our largest projects is the Valley View Business Center, a 554,00 square foot office industrial center located in the Southwest area, one of the most prominent business sectors in Las Vegas. Other notable projects are Decatur Business Center and Sunset Business Center.
Dean Martin Business Center, a 212,000 square foot project is under way. This project is located in the Southwest and is projected to complete Q2 2026.
